On a quest to find nature’s finest ingredients, the barkeep’s best kept secrets and the stories of spirits, we set ashore the tranquil waters of Bengal Bay.

What makes a good beverage? Is it the ability to complement any spirit? Or is it the authenticity of the sourced ingredients, promising you a fulfilling experience? For us, it was a journey fuelled by curiosity that led to the creation of India’s first organic tonic, a blend of the finest indigenous botanicals and natural flavours crafted for that perfect sip.

Here’s how it all started...

By the bay

Our journey began from the shorelines of the Bay of Bengal as we set off in search of the choicest ingredients and delectable flavours.

From the sea to the dessert

Uncovering flavours across the seven seas, we returned back to our homeland to a quaint town in Rajasthan where we created our concoction of Quinine, Sand-filtered water, Cane Sugar, Cardamom, and Orange.

Discovering the Cold-Blending Process

On a quest to achieve balanced bittersweet notes, we hit gold with the cold-blending process. Much like cold-brewing coffee, cold-blending helped lower acidity and ensure smooth finish with no bitter aftertaste.

Sealed for Freshness

For the finishing touch, we added just the right amount of champagne carbonation to keep you refreshed until the very last dreg.

Poured for the Perfect Sip

Mildly Sweet, Refreshingly Sour and Naturally Bitter. And this is how, our first batch of perfectly balanced Bengal Bay Organic Indian tonic was born.
